Sam Eastwood Training (SET) knows about people with a busy life and simply no time, so I’ve made it as easy as possible to get your body into the best shape it can be in the most effective time frame possible. There is absolutely no point or benefit in working the body ‘long and wrong’. I focus on teaching the correct technique and positioning, so that you can do shorter workouts with higher energy levels and far better results!

My clients are mainly busy ‘A’ List celebrities who need to get that toned bikini body or action star physique in a short period of time whilst maintaining core strength and stability, so they are not injured in the process and can maintain balance.
